About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who is highly hands-on in building and deploying LLM applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and AI-powered automation.

You’ll lead technical development while working closely with leadership and developers to build practical AI solutions integrated with real-world business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and automation workflows.

• Design agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, APIs, databases, and external systems.

• Use Claude Code extensively for development, debugging, testing, and automation.

• Work with MCP and custom Claude Skills to extend AI agent capabilities.

• Integrate AI with APIs, ERP, POS, e-commerce, inventory, payment, and other business systems.

• Design scalable backend services, APIs, and databases.

• Lead code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.

• Own projects from prototype to production and help improve system reliability and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

• Proven hands-on experience building LLM applications, AI agents, RAG, or AI automation.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Claude Code.

• Experience with MCP, custom Claude Skills, or agentic terminal workflows.

• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompting, APIs, system design, SQL, and software architecture.

• Experience with Python, Node.js/TypeScript, PHP, Java, C#, or similar.

• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and production systems.

• Previous experience leading or mentoring developers.

Preferred Technical Experience

• LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks

• Vector databases and embeddings

• AI agent orchestration and tool/function calling

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• React, Vue, Angular, or similar frontend technologies

• Experience integrating ERP, POS, e-commerce, inventory, warehouse, payment, or logistics systems
