Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, particularly in the development and implementation of AI agents and generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing and building advanced AI systems that leverage technologies such as LangChain and LangGraph, as well as utilizing Python for backend development. Your expertise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) will be crucial in enhancing the capabilities of our AI applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain AI systems and applications that utilize agentic AI and generative AI methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services. - Implement and optimize APIs using FastAPI or Flask to ensure seamless communication between AI components and other systems. - Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems and applications. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python programming. - Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, particularly in the context of agentic AI and generative AI. - Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph. - Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. - Experience in developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
