Summary
Senior AI Engineer at Niuro designs, builds, and operates production AI/LLM systems 100% remotely — including agent-based workflows, REST API backends, and cloud deployments. Core stack: Python/FastAPI, LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI), AWS, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Design, build, and improve AI-driven systems, including agent-based workflows.
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities through REST APIs and backend services.
- Debug, refactor, and stabilize AI and LLM systems operating in production.
- Deploy, monitor, and operate AI services in the cloud using CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Work with engineers to reduce technical debt and resolve operational issues incrementally.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs clearly to product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
- Take ownership of practical delivery, system reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Senior-level experience with 5+ years in software or AI engineering.
- C1 English level or higher.
- Strong Python programming skills with FastAPI or an equivalent framework.
- Production experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
- Experience designing APIs and microservices.
- Experience deploying and operating services on AWS or another major cloud platform.
- Experience with REST APIs, backend services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Hands-on experience debugging, stabilizing, and scaling production AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Deployment, Production Operations.
