Senior AI Engineer, Open Telemetry Observability
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Open Telemetry Observability to design and implement robust observability solutions across distributed and multi-agent systems. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python engineering and GenAI technologies to build scalable, well-instrumented AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Open Telemetry Observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent systems
- Develop, package and binarize Python applications to support core software engineering needs
- Build and integrate GenAI technologies with agentic development frameworks
- Conduct agentic evaluations to ensure performance and reliability of AI systems
- Implement distributed processing workflows using frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver observable and maintainable AI solutions
- Optimize multi-agent observability pipelines for scalability and accuracy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in core software engineering with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
- Deep implementation experience in Open Telemetry Observability for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
- Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
- Background in agentic evaluations
- Skills in distributed processing frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
