We're seeking an experienced AI engineer to develop cutting-edge generative AI applications in healthcare. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise to create innovative AI solutions that improve patient care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, implement and deploy cutting edge GenAI technologies
- Model pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and feedback
- Build algorithms and agentic frameworks, laid foundation for scalable AI systems
Requirements
- PhD/Masters in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience as individual contributor on AI product (e.g., AI/ML engineer, SDE, DS)
- Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying deep learning, including LLM/LMM
- Hands-on experience in LLM/LMM pre-training, fine-tuning, data curation and synthesis
- Experienced in agent frameworks such as Langchain and/or building custom agentic frameworks
- Strong coding skills in Python and experience in PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks
- Experience in MLOps, system integration and monitoring of ML models in production
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions to solve domain-specific problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex problems
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data
- Ability to implement and deploy latest GenAI research into production system
- Publications in AI journals/conferences or contributions to open-source GenAI projects
