Requirements:- 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer delivering NLP and ML models into production SaaS
- Production experience with LLMs, including RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring
- Strong Python skills, including building APIs and integrating models into applications
- Experience with NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, spaCy, or TensorFlow
- Experience with AWS and distributed systems
- Experience building data pipelines and orchestration for model training and evaluation
- Applicants must already hold the full right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship
- Nice to have: experience in legal tech or another document-heavy domain
- Nice to have: experience with vector databases and semantic search, such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or FAISS
- Nice to have: experience with explainability and compliance for deployed AI
- Nice to have: knowledge of React or TypeScript
- Lead development of AI features in our core product in a hands-on role
- Design and build ML models for document parsing, search, classification, and summarisation
- Integrate LLMs into product workflows with guardrails, evaluation, and monitoring
- Optimise model serving and inference for latency and cost on AWS, including ECS, Lambda, and S3
- Build data pipelines for training and evaluation using PostgreSQL, Redis, and OpenSearch
- Work with engineering, product, and QA in Scrum squads, with CI/CD and infrastructure as code already in place
