Drive hands-on development and experimentation across AI/ML domains such as NLP, speech processing, and computer vision
Conceptualize AI-led features and influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product teams
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models—from scoping problems, collecting data, and training models to deployment and ongoing improvement
Work with a team of ML engineers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of AI solutions
Innovate on data collection, labeling, and validation methodologies
Identify opportunities for AI integration across the talent and HR solutions space
Prepare technical R&D documentation and contribute to customer-facing content
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and drive continuous learning within the team
Collaborate with the team to write and publish research papers in top ML conferences and journals

Strong understanding of machine learning theory, concepts, and applied statistics
Expertise in at least one major AI domain: computer vision, NLP, or speech
Experience building and deploying production-grade commercialised AI/ML models
Proficiency in Python and ability to rapidly prototype ML concepts

Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving real-world problems through AI
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
A strong interest in the HR solutions industry
Enthusiasm to publish research and engage with the broader ML community
