Key Responsibilities

1. AI Agent Development

• Design and implement advanced AI agents using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI frameworks.
  
• Build solutions focused on reasoning, decision-making, and workflow orchestration.
  
• Develop RAG pipelines and autonomous AI systems.
  

2. Full-Stack Integration

• Build scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot.
  
• Develop intuitive frontends using Next.js/React.
  
• Contribute to mobile applications using Flutter.
  
• Integrate AI capabilities into end-to-end product solutions.
  

3. Deployment & Scalability

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize AI models in production environments.
  
• Design scalable and reliable AI architectures.
  
• Ensure solutions are production-ready and maintainable.
  

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI architectures.
  
• Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs effectively.
  
• Contribute to user-centric AI-powered features.
  

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or related engineering roles.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python, with excellent analytical, coding, and debugging skills.
  
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, or autonomous systems.
  
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar modern AI frameworks.
  
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
  
• Experience with Java Spring Boot, including REST APIs, microservices, and database integration.
  
• Familiarity with Next.js/React and Flutter development.
  
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI solutions in production environments.
