Senior AI Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-powered products and intelligent systems. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company's AI strategy by building production-grade AI applications, autonomous AI agents, and Large Language Model (LLM)-powered solutions that drive innovation, scalability, and business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience building production-ready AI systems, autonomous AI agents, and scalable AI applications. They thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about leveraging emerging AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products and intelligent applications.

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-native product features that deliver exceptional

user experiences.

• Build and maintain multi-agent AI systems to solve complex business and engineering

challenges.

• Develop AI assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and intelligent

workflows.

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications and internal platforms.

• Design scalable, secure, and reliable AI architectures.

AI Engineering & Innovation

• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Optimize AI models, prompts, workflows, and inference performance.

• Evaluate AI model quality using appropriate benchmarks and continuously improve accuracy,

latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• Develop AI-powered automation solutions that improve engineering efficiency and

operational productivity.

• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI best

practices.

• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with security and governance

standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, product, QA, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-

driven innovation.

• Provide technical guidance on AI architecture, implementation, and integration strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

• Support the successful deployment and continuous improvement of AI-powered applications.

Leadership & Technical Excellence

• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

• Mentor engineers and promote AI engineering best practices across the organization.

• Promote innovation and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement across the

engineering organization.

• Drive the adoption of AI tools and technologies to improve software development and

business processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering,

Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on experience

in AI development.

• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.

• Experience designing and deploying applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, Model

Context Protocol (MCP), and AI agent frameworks.

• Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments.

• Demonstrated experience taking AI solutions from concept through production deployment.

• Experience building AI-powered SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and scalable system

design.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

AI & AUTOMATION SKILLS

• Advanced proficiency with AI development tools including Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini,

Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.

• Experience designing, building, and managing autonomous AI agent teams and multi-agent

systems.

• Ability to develop AI assistants, intelligent workflows, and engineering automations.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and workflow optimization.

• Experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain,

LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.

• Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous innovation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google

Cloud.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI model deployment.

• Familiarity with MLOps, AI monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.

• Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading AI initiatives within a technology

organization.

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.

• Experience developing AI products used by large-scale customer platforms.

• Proven track record of leading AI initiatives that delivered measurable business impact,

accelerated product innovation, or improved operational efficiency.
