Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents. This role will take technical ownership from solution design and development through deployment and optimization on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Chatbot, and AI Agent solutions.
Build AI Agent workflows with reasoning, function/tool calling, memory, and workflow orchestration.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs connecting AI services with enterprise applications.
Design and deploy scalable AI workloads on Microsoft Azure.
Implement production-ready solutions using Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and LLMOps/MLOps practices.
Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and cost.
Define technical standards, conduct code/design reviews, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Ensure Responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance requirements.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, ML Engineering, or related fields.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, TTS/STT, Embeddings, and Vector Search.
Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and/or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, App Service, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Data Lake.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and LLMOps/MLOps.
Experience delivering scalable and production-grade AI applications with strong consideration for security, performance, and cost.
Experience with React, Next.js, or Angular is a plus.
Strong technical ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
