What we're looking for:
- 7+ years experience in software engineering, machine learning or data, with hands-on work on AI projects
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems with orchestration frameworks, MCP, function calling and structured outputs
- Cloud architecture depth, ideally AWS, including Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore
- Production Python engineering with testing, CI/CD, REST and Docker
- Enterprise security knowledge covering identity propagation, fine-grained RBAC, IAM and policy enforcement
- Strong SQL and data modelling for AI agents working with enterprise data stores
- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
Important: This position is fully remote. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, to be considered.
