About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong ownership mindset – someone who takes full responsibility for solving problems across the entire technology stack, from concept to production. The core mission of this role is to deliver production-ready products in an AI-first environment by orchestrating AI agents that carry out most of the development work, while ensuring every solution adheres to the company’s architecture and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities:

• AI agent orchestration

• Change verification and quality assurance

• Advanced debugging and troubleshooting

• Ownership of testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)

• Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and designers

• Refactoring and technical debt management

• Continuous improvement of AI workflows, agent instructions, and orchestration practices

Must have:

• Experience with PHP, TypeScript, Vue/React, and Flutter

• Strong knowledge of AI and experience working with AI agents

• Experience with production systems

• High level of ownership and responsibility
