You will own the entire stack end-to-end, from frontend to AI and deployment, working directly with operational users in courts, prisons or probation to validate real-world impact.
You will ship AI-native products, including LLM workflows, speech-to-text and data pipelines, while prioritising security and production reliability from day one.
