SENIOR AI & FULLSTACK SOLUTION ENGINEER
Salary: Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 18.000.000 per month
About the role
Senior AI & Fullstack Solution Engineer who can build end-to-end technology solutions, from software application, AI engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, to hardware/IoT integration. This position is for engineers who can not only code, but also understand requirements, design architecture, build systems, perform deployment, troubleshooting, and ensure solutions run in production.
Key responsibilities
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design end-to-end system architecture for both software and infrastructure
Develop frontend and backend applications
Design database, API, integration, and system workflow
Develop and integrate AI/ML, LLM, RAG, AI Agent, and AI automation solutions
Build and manage deployment using Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and on-premise/cloud infrastructure
Perform system integration, testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production deployment
Implement security, logging, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, ERD, API specifications, and technical design
Collaborate with engineering, AI, project management teams and stakeholders/clients
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering, system engineering, solution engineering, or related field
Strong experience in Fullstack Development
Proficiency in at least one backend stack: Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI
Proficiency in React/Next.js and TypeScript
Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL/MariaDB with understanding of database design and query optimization
Proficiency in Git, Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD
Understanding of system architecture, API design, authentication, authorization, networking, and application security
Experience using or integrating LLM/AI in applications
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector database, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and AI Agent concepts
