About the Role:


We are looking for a Senior AI Governance Consultant to join a growing team focused on AI Governance and AI Risk. In this role, you will help organizations design, deploy, and manage AI solutions in a safe, responsible, and compliant manner. You will work at the intersection of technology, risk, and regulation, supporting clients in building trusted AI systems and enabling responsible AI adoption.


Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver AI governance and AI risk engagements for clients

  • Conduct AI risk assessments and identify key risks across AI initiatives

  • Design and implement AI governance frameworks, controls, and operating models

  • Assess and test risk management controls related to AI and technology environments

  • Translate complex AI and technical concepts into practical business recommendations

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders across business and technology functions

  • Prepare structured, high-quality, executive-ready deliverables and presentations

  • Support organizations in developing trustworthy, transparent, and compliant AI practices

  • Contribute to projects involving AI risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance


Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, AI Risk, Internal Audit, or a similar consulting environment

  • Hands-on experience in risk assessments, control design, control testing, or governance framework implementation

  • Good understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts and the AI system lifecycle, including training, deployment, and monitoring

  • Ability to independently manage and deliver client-facing workstreams

  • Strong understanding of AI risk, AI governance, and Responsible AI principles

  • Ability to translate technical AI topics into structured risk and control solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience creating clear, structured, and high-quality project deliverables

  • Fluent English communication skills


Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of AI regulations and frameworks such as EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF

  • Experience with Generative AI solutions and related risk considerations

  • Experience in third-party or vendor risk management within an AI context

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or AIGP
