Senior AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer

At Niuro, we're hiring a Senior AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer for a US B2B company. 100% remote from LATAM, full time, long term.

Think of this role as the developer's favorite developer: your customers are the engineers, and the platform you build is the product they use to ship safely without waiting on anyone. Some of those customers are AI agents.

What you'll do:
- Own platform components end to end: Terraform modules, Kubernetes capabilities, cloud patterns and CI/CD workflows.
- Build self-service infrastructure and internal developer tools (APIs, CLIs, agent-accessible interfaces) that remove manual bottlenecks.
- Make the platform observable and feedback-rich, so automated systems can self-correct and teams can see what is happening.
- Implement guardrails, secrets hygiene and audit trails that hold up at scale.
- Write docs and runbooks for both human developers and AI agent operations, and drive adoption across teams.

What you bring:
- 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes, containers and AWS and/or Azure.
- Deep Terraform: module design and CI/CD integration.
- Solid Linux and CLI fluency: bash/zsh, SSH, DNS, routing, network diagnostics.
- Daily use of LLM dev tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI or similar) in your engineering workflow.
- C1 English or higher.

Nice to have: GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD), Helm, OPA/Conftest, API design, MCP integrations, observability stacks.
