Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; candidates with strong AI project portfolios may be considered
· 3–5 years of software development experience with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Python, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and AI agents
· Strong experience in REST API development (FastAPI, Flask, or similar), workflow automation tools (n8n, Power Automate, Make), and end-to-end AI solution deployment
· Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS, or GCP), vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, pgvector), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
· Proficient in AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, with leadership or mentoring experience and the ability to deliver AI projects independently
Job Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions
· Build and maintain scalable APIs that connect AI capabilities with enterprise systems, databases, and business applications
· Lead AI projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and documentation
· Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and the adoption of AI development best practices
· Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to evaluate business needs, recommend AI solutions, and drive successful project delivery
