Senior AI Java Application Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Application Developer with 8+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AI application development, Agentic AI workflow orchestration, TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices, and relational databases. Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java application development.
  
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  
• Experience developing AI-powered enterprise applications.
  
• Hands-on experience with AI Agentic Workflow Orchestration and multi-agent systems.
  
• Strong experience in TypeScript and modern UI frameworks.
  
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
  
• Experience with asynchronous/background task processing (Django background tasks or similar workflow automation tools).
  
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  
• Build scalable AI application architectures and implement enterprise-grade solutions.
  
• Develop and orchestrate AI Agentic workflows for complex multi-agent systems.
  
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices integrating enterprise and AI platforms.
  
• Build responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and modern front-end technologies.
  
• Develop and optimize asynchronous/background processing workflows.
  
• Design, optimize, and maintain Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
  
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployment.
  
• Deploy applications across on-premise and cloud environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Perform code reviews and ensure application quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, deployments, and operational procedures.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
  
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and AI integration frameworks.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
