Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will build machine learning models, work with Large Language Models (LLMs), and develop scalable AI applications that support business growth and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI solutions from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using Python
• Build, train, test, and improve machine learning models
• Work with large datasets to create predictive and intelligent applications
• Develop AI-powered features, including automation, recommendation systems, forecasting, and generative AI solutions
• Integrate AI models into production environments and business applications
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability
• Support and mentor other engineers when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools
• Knowledge of SQL and data processing techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker and modern software development practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD practices
• Cloud or AI-related certifications
• Experience working with enterprise AI applications
