Looking for Senior AI/ML Developer for our client

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Senior AI/ML Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Python and end-to-end AI/ML model development,

including data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, optimization, and production integration.

Proven experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms, model architectures,

experimentation, and frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.

Hands-on experience building Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions,

including prompt engineering, model orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and enterprise integration.

Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing, embeddings, semantic search, and

Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures for grounded AI responses.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions and collaborate with architects,

data engineers, application teams, QA, and business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1.Analyze business and technical requirements and design scalable AI/ML solutions

aligned with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

2.Develop, train, evaluate, tune, and document machine learning, deep learning,

NLP, and Generative AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.

3.Design and implement LLM-based applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using embeddings,

vector databases, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and appropriate evaluation methods.

4.Collaborate with data engineering, application, cloud, DevOps, QA, architecture, product,

and business teams to integrate models into enterprise platforms through APIs and microservices.

5. Implement production-readiness practices including automated testing, CI/CD, containerization,

model versioning, monitoring, observability, drift detection, performance optimization,

troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript for full-stack development and service integration.

• Guidewire platform knowledge or experience within Property and Casualty insurance applications.

• Agentic AI concepts and the application of AI assistants or autonomous workflows in software engineering.

• GitHub Actions for build, test, security scanning, and deployment automation.

• Experience in BFSI, insurance, or other high-volume enterprise application environments.

• Leadership and stakeholder-management skills to guide a delivery squad and

• collaborate directly with US-based customers.

• Leadership and soft skills to lead squad and work directly with US customer.

Experience in P&C, insurance, or high-vol ume enterprise applications
