Senior AI/ML Engineer - LLM/Generative AI

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI-based solutions.

- Build and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for document processing, knowledge retrieval, and AI-powered search.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Integrate AI/ML models and LLM APIs into existing applications and business workflows.

- Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search and knowledge management.

- Build REST APIs and backend services to deploy AI solutions into production.

- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data teams to identify AI use cases.

- Monitor, evaluate, debug, and improve deployed AI models and applications.

- Follow best practices for model evaluation, data security, version control, and deployment.

- Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face

- Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate

- API Development: FastAPI, Flask

- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Data Handling: Python, Pandas, NumPy, SQL

Requirements:

- Experience: 4 - 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI applications.

- Experience building RAG pipelines, text processing workflows, and semantic search solutions.
