Senior AI/ML Forward Deployed Engineer
Description
We are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI/ML) to help enterprise customers deploy, optimize, and scale AI/ML workloads in production environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and technology partners to build scalable AI infrastructure and accelerate AI platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and optimize AI/ML workloads on cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Design scalable AI infrastructure and improve inference performance.
- Build automation tools, deployment frameworks, and reusable reference architectures.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Partner with cloud providers, GPU vendors, and AI ecosystem partners for solution validation and optimization.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in AI Infrastructure, Distributed Systems, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python or Go.
- Experience with LLM deployment, AI inference, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of Platform Enablement, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with open-source AI technologies such as Ray, Kubeflow, MLflow, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
- Experience collaborating with technology vendors and strategic partners.
