Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer (AI Agentic Security Testing)

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer with expertise in AI Agentic Security Testing to join our client's security team and support key R&D activities. This project aims to enhance software security testing across the client's product ecosystem, ensuring the highest standards of protection for customer data. The Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-agentic solutions to support security testing and vulnerability management processes, collaborating closely with the client's security team to proactively identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities using advanced, AI-driven agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows
- Develop robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines
- Perform LLM fine-tuning (utilizing LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques) specifically optimized for security domains
- Generate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing
- Conduct security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions
- Provide guidance and share best practices on AI-driven secure testing methodologies with the internal security team
- Track the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the overall development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer
- Proficiency in Python and Rust
- Proficiency in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
- Background in Vulnerability Management
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Security Testing Methodologies
- Familiarity with Security Testing Tools
