Description

Wynagrodzenie
B2B: 24000 – 27000 PLN / mies. netto

We are all about supercharging tech-based businesses. But make no mistake - software development is just a part of what we do at Startup House. Our mission is to deliver all-around support for growing companies.

Our Development Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for a Senior AI Native Developer, who will help us build amazing products for our clients. As we grow, we're expanding into new areas - including AI, automation, and intelligent systems and we’re searching for someone who is excited to explore with us.

📍 Location: Warsaw

💰 Salary (PLN):

24 000 – 27 000 net + VAT (B2B)

What does AI-native mean for us? Not occasional ChatGPT prompts. AI tools are a core part of how you design, code, test and review – and you know when to trust the model and when to override it. You build it, you run it, you own it, including every line an agent wrote.

What will you do and how can you grow with us?

  • Design and ship AI-powered products end to end in Golang and Node.js – RAG pipelines, AI agents, and the APIs and integrations around them – built to enterprise security and compliance standards.

  • Make the right architecture calls: an agent or a single model call, RAG, fine-tuning or a better prompt – or plain code when that's the better tool.

  • Work AI-first every day: coding agents, spec-first development, automated reviews and tests, and project-level AI context (e.g. CLAUDE.md or rules files) that the whole team benefits from.

  • Make AI features production-ready: evals, monitoring of latency, cost and token usage, and catching hallucinations and security gaps before they reach users.

  • Join projects for clients of different backgrounds, both business- and consumer-targeted. Wondering what you'd work on? Check out a powerful cyber risk mitigation platform, a Norwegian eco-friendly start-up or something just as exciting!

  • Gain wide experience across many industries and ways of working, both for exciting startups and established enterprises like Siemens.

  • Own your work and decide on the project's direction.

  • Grow fast through our internal knowledge-sharing initiatives – and share your own expertise with more junior team members, helping shape our standards for AI-assisted development.

What we're looking for

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in Golang, Node.js or JavaScript (TypeScript welcome)

  • Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production – not only demos

Tech skills:

  • Solid understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings and vector search (RAG)

  • Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and the ability to spot hallucinations, security risks and architectural drift in AI-generated code

  • Experience integrating external APIs, databases and third-party tools into AI pipelines

  • Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure), Docker and Kubernetes

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices: model deployment, monitoring and CI/CD for AI systems

  • Strong background in data structures, algorithms and software design principles

Soft skills:

  • At least B2 in English – we work internationally, so that's a must

  • Strong collaboration, communication and organisation skills

  • Readiness to work in an agile environment

  • Proactive attitude towards implementing changes

  • Attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Practical experience developing AI agents, incl. MCP servers, tool calling or multi-agent setups

  • LLM observability tools (e.g. Langfuse)

  • Practical DDD experience

  • Knowledge of Event Sourcing

  • Passion for new technologies and startups

  • Pet projects, presence in the IT community

  • Any other programming languages and frameworks

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours,

  • Possibility to work remotely with occasional visits to our office in Warsaw,

  • Growth-driven culture: knowledge-sharing initiatives, individual career paths, and regular evaluation of your development,

  • Freedom to choose the best tools and tech to achieve your team’s goals,

  • Trustworthy devices - we work on MacBooks.

Ready to join?

If you want to build AI products that actually make it to production, we'd love to hear from you. Let's build something great together!
