Senior AI Parsing & Data Extraction Engineer

Monks Technology Services, part of Media.Monks and S4 Capital, seeks an AI/Parsing Engineer to own data pipelines that convert messy documents into structured data for AI systems. You will work with a delivery team, leveraging OCR, layout analysis, and LLMs, alongside Claude Code and Codex in daily workflows.

You will design validation rules, confidence scoring, and evaluation datasets to ensure high-quality extractions before data reaches downstream products.
