Senior AI Platform Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems and infrastructure to support advanced intelligence capabilities. You will serve as a key technical anchor, ensuring that machine learning workflows, large language model integrations, and retrieval systems operate with peak reliability, security, and performance.
What You'll Do:
- Design and architect scalable infrastructure for production AI systems and LLM integrations.
- Build and optimize workflows for retrieval-augmented generation, autonomous agents, and model orchestration.
- Develop robust, high-performance APIs and establish advanced MLOps practices across the organization.
- Implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks and observability tooling to monitor AI system outputs and performance.
- Manage and streamline cloud deployment processes to ensure highly available and secure environments.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling production AI systems and LLM integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with RAG, AI agents, and model orchestration.
- Proficiency in API development, MLOps, and cloud deployment.
- Solid understanding of AI evaluation and observability.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
