About the role As a Senior AI Process Consultant, you will lead complex transformation initiatives that help organizations redesign processes, realize value from AI, and achieve their strategic goals with AI. Your responsibilities may include: Leading end-to-end AI process transformation projects for our customers Identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and optimization using process data and process mining tools Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations Designing future-state processes, operating models, and governance structures Facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders across business and IT As a senior consultant, the role also includes: Acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership Leading commercial discussions and helping shape transformation programmes Scoping and planning complex process transformation initiatives Mentoring colleagues and contributing to our Process & AI Transformation offerings We value consultants who combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial understanding and a passion for creating measurable business outcomes. Your background We are looking for a consultant with experience driving process excellence and business transformation. Experience and education 5+ years of experience within process management, optimization, or transformation, preferably in the role as a consultant. Experience working with and process analytics Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications are an advantage Preferably have experience analyzing processes within the IT domain, but other domain experience is also relevant Core capabilities Business Process Management and Process Design Process Optimization and Value Stream Analysis Process Mining and Process Intelligence Operating Model Design and Governance KPI frameworks and performance management Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management You also understand how emerging AI technologies can transform business processes, including: Identifying AI use cases across business processes Leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate analysis and process improvements Using process mining platforms such as Celonis, Microsoft Process Mining, SAP Signavio, or equivalent tools Assessing AI opportunities, limitations, and value potential in real business environments How You Work You are analytical and structured in your problem-solving approach You are business-oriented before anything else; focus is on value-creation, not the technical solution You are comfortable operating in client-facing environments, taking initiative to connect with stakeholders.
