Main Responsibilities
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop top-notch AI features.
AI Integration: Implement AI technologies like Generative AI and NLP to enhance platform capabilities.
Platform Development: Design and maintain scalable AI platform features compatible with other services and APIs.
Rapid Problem-Solving: Fix bugs and improve AI performance swiftly.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews to enhance AI development processes.
Provide coaching and guidance during code reviews and design sessions.
Stay Current: Update knowledge on industry trends in AI and cloud services.
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Proven track record in AI product development.
Proficiency in Python, valuable skills in Java, Scala, or C#.
Experience with microservices and Knowledge in GraphQL.
Familiarity with DevOps practices like ADO pipelines and Docker.
Experience with data management, data structures such as JSON schema and Avro.
Workflow orchestration experience using Apache Airflow or Microsoft Fabric.
Strong understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI.
Experience with Cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Agile development experience, especially in Scrum.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in AI-assisted coding practices.
Knowledge of distributed architectures and Akka concepts.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Cloud certification is a plus.
