Senior AI Solution Engineer
About the Role:
We are building enterprise AI knowledge assistants, intelligent diagnostic platforms, and AI workflows by combining Generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, rule engines, Azure AI, and Microsoft Copilot. You will contribute across requirements analysis, architecture design, system development, data integration, quality validation, deployment, and productization.
Core Projects You Will Work On:
1. PSE ChatBot: Enterprise knowledge assistant, trusted Q&A, source citations, and guided troubleshooting
2. ATE Doctor: Intelligent diagnostics, root-cause analysis, rule-based AI, and case matching
3. Smart Factory AI: Manufacturing knowledge management, data integration, workflow automation, and AI applications
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generative AI and Chatbot Development
• Develop enterprise chatbots, AI assistants, and AI agents.
• Design and implement RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge retrieval, and source-citation mechanisms.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, or other large language model services.
• Build conversational flows, context management, feedback loops, and answer-quality evaluation.
2. AI Workflows and Intelligent Diagnostics
• Design maintainable and traceable AI workflows and YAML-based diagnostic flows.
• Build rule bases, conditional branches, and symptom-to-cause diagnostic logic.
• Design hybrid architectures combining AI and rule engines to improve reliability and explainability.
• Create test cases, quality metrics, validation processes, and go-live quality gates.
3. System Development and Enterprise Integration
• Deliver front-end, back-end, API, database, and identity integration.
• Connect SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Graph, internal databases, and other enterprise data sources.
• Conduct performance testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, version control, and deployment.
• Collaborate with domain experts, IT, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver working solutions.
