Synpulse is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer in Manila to design, build, and deploy AI and automation solutions that optimize internal business functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT). Core stack: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform/Automate, Microsoft 365, Power BI, APIs, and scripting, while championing AI adoption across the company.
We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer who is passionate about transforming business through Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
This role is at the heart of our AI Target Operating Model (AI TOM), which aims to deliver measurable business improvements across the organization through the intelligent use of AI, automation, and modern enterprise technologies.
Working alongside business stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional project teams, you will design, build, and implement practical AI solutions that optimize internal business processes across functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other corporate services.
Based in Manila, you will become part of our highly collaborative international IT organization, working with colleagues across Europe and Asia while helping strengthen and grow our AI capabilities locally.
Our current technology focus includes Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Power BI, enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, and automation technologies. As the AI landscape continues to evolve, we continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies wherever they create tangible business value.
Beyond building solutions, you will play an important role in accelerating AI adoption across the organization. You will act as an AI ambassador by inspiring colleagues, identifying new opportunities, sharing best practices, and demonstrating how AI can fundamentally improve the way we work. We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing people along on the journey, not just building the technology behind it.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the Head of IT, reflecting the strategic importance of AI and Automation within our organization. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders across multiple functions and collaborate with a peer AI Solutions Engineer in another region to jointly drive our global AI Target Operating Model. Together, you will share ideas, exchange best practices, and help shape the future of AI across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver AI and automation initiatives that generate measurable business value.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and project teams to translate business requirements into practical AI and automation solutions.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other enterprise AI technologies.
- Develop automations using Microsoft Power Automate, scripting languages, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Salesforce, HiBob, Power BI, databases, and other business applications.
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously optimize business outcomes.
- Promote AI adoption across the organization through demonstrations, coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical application within the business
Requirements
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience following completion of your Bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills
- Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and modern enterprise technologies.
- Experience working with SaaS applications, APIs, integrations, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience interacting with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of automation concepts, system integration, and data-driven solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot is considered an advantage.
- Experience building AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio is considered an advantage.
