Summary
Senior Analyst on Walmart's Sam's business strategy team, partnering with a Director on product portfolio planning, OKR development and reviews, executive presentations, governance, and portfolio reporting. This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary.
Essential Functions

- Collaborates with the Director to provide guidance on product management initiatives, including strategy development and execution, product portfolio planning, product reviews and roadmaps, cyclical planning activities (for example, annual budgeting and operating plans), and cross-functional collaboration with product groups.
- Develops and executes portfolio-level Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and quarterly OKR review processes for product portfolio leadership and team members.
- Collaborates with the Director to support all product alignment meetings and forums with stakeholders, including recommending agendas, developing executive-level presentations, and tracking outcomes, in concert with product portfolio leadership and portfolio team members.
- Supports governance processes across products and capabilities, facilitating necessary conversations with intersecting portfolios.
- Collaborates with the Director to drive and support effective decision-making, prioritization, and alignment across the portfolio.
- Manages product portfolio reporting, including product summaries, monthly OKR status, and quarterly business reviews.
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales。
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices

Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
· 3 years’ experience after a bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of Management Consulting strongly preferred.
