Senior Analyst - Digital Learning
KPMG is seeking a Digital Learning Media Specialist who can work in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and collaborate across teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, content developers, SMEs, programmers, and QA teams.
- Design and develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, animations, and multimedia assets for eLearning.
- Interpret and validate requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Apply critical thinking to enhance visual storytelling and learner engagement.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet KPMG standards and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of deliverables and contribute effectively as both an individual and team member.
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field).
Work experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on creating visual content for eLearning and developing multimedia assets (including graphics and visual elements for audio/video productions).
Required qualification and skills
- Experience in supporting the end-to-end eLearning content development lifecycle from a visual design perspective, including content interpretation, visual concept development, storyboarding support, creation of multimedia assets (graphics, animations, audio/video), course build, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with audio/video editing tools such as Camtasia and Audacity.
- Experience in animation tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, Powtoon.
- Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure accurate visual integration, media compatibility, and optimized learner experience across platforms
- Working knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE, with the ability to translate learning strategies into effective visual designs, storyboards, and multimedia elements
