Senior Analyst, Enterprise Architecture

As a Senior Enterprise Architecture Analyst, you will work across global teams, influence key decisions, and bring clarity to complex landscapes through data, insights, and structured thinking. You’ll help design the future architecture that powers growth and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Architecture Analysis & Support
o Analyze the current-state (“as-is”) enterprise architecture across the organization, both global and local.
o Support the definition and documentation of future-state (“to-be”) architectures aligned with business and IT strategy.
o Identify architectural gaps, redundancies, risks, and technical debt.
o Contribute to roadmaps, transition architectures, and multi-year modernization initiatives.
Architecture Modeling & Documentation
o Maintain and enhance enterprise architecture artifacts, including:
o Capability maps
o Application and technology portfolios
o Reference architectures and standards
o Use EA tool (LeanIX) to ensure accuracy, traceability, and usability of architectural data.
o Ensure architectural documentation is consistent, reusable, and consumable by both technical and business audiences.
• Governance & Standards
o Support architecture governance processes, including:
o Architecture review boards
o Solution design reviews
o Technology standards and lifecycle management
o Evaluate solution proposals and projects for alignment with enterprise principles, standards, and target architectures.
o Track deviations, exceptions, and technical risks, ensuring transparency and follow-up.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
o Partner with business analysts, product owners, solution architects, and delivery teams to align architecture with business outcomes.
o Support senior architects in preparing executive-level materials, including decision papers, trade-off analyses, and investment justifications.
• Portfolio & Strategic Insights
o Support application rationalization, technology lifecycle management, and cost optimization initiatives.
o Analyze architectural impacts of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major transformation programs.

o Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning, investment prioritization, and risk management.

SKILLS

• Professional Experience
o 5–8+ years of experience in IT, including roles such as:
o Enterprise Architecture Analyst
o Solution Architect
o IT Strategy Analyst
o Senior Business or Systems Analyst with strong architectural exposure
o Hands-on experience supporting large, complex IT landscapes in global or matrixed organizations.
o Proven experience working with architecture repositories, modeling standards, and governance processes.
• Technical & Domain Exposure
o Solid understanding of:
o Application architectures (monolithic, microservices, SaaS)
o Data and integration patterns (APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures)
o Cloud platforms and hybrid IT environments
o Security, identity, and compliance considerations at enterprise scale
o Exposure to digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP modernization, or data platform initiatives is highly desirable.
o At least basic understanding of 1 or more of the following technologies: SAP Rise, SAP S4, Salesforce, Workday, Azure, AWS.
• Ways of Working
o Comfortable operating in large global environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving strategies.
o Demonstrated ability to balance architectural rigor with pragmatic delivery constraints.
