  • Digitalization and automation spark a thousand ideas? Identify opportunities and turn the best ones into reality together with IT
  • Standing still isn’t your thing? Continuously improve our finance processes using Lean Management principles
  • Create standards without creating bureaucracy: Develop best practices and help shape a group-wide governance model that actually works
  • Bring the right people together: Collaborate closely with IT, Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Procurement and other functions
  • From idea to implementation: Take ownership of migration, optimization and digitalization projects

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

  • Finance is your playing field: You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification
  • You know your way around international finance: Ideally, you bring several years of experience from an international company or consulting environment – retail experience is a plus
  • You think processes and systems together: You have experience improving finance processes and implementing IT systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
  • Digitalization is part of your toolkit: Automation, digital processes and Lean Management methods are familiar territory
  • Tech-savvy by nature: You are confident working with SAP and modern system landscapes
  • Comfortable across borders: You communicate confidently in both English and German
