Senior Analyst, FP&A
Engrain builds map-based tech that’s redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies—and 20,000 properties—to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it’s working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we’ve been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.
As a Senior FP&A Analyst reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be a catalyst for Engrain’s next phase of growth. We are looking for a forward-thinking analyst who doesn’t just crunch numbers but leverages modern tools to uncover the "why" behind the data. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial theory and operational reality, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to solve complex scaling challenges. The ideal candidate is technically curious, highly analytical, and ready to implement advanced forecasting methodologies to keep our "spatial brain" sharp.

- Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide data-driven support for departmental goals.
