Senior Analyst, Governance CEO Office

What are your contributions to the team?
As a Senior Analyst, Governance, you will report to the Director, Governance, Office of the President & CEO.
The Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting executive governance processes and ensuring the effective coordination, preparation, and execution of governance activities across the organization. This position works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide timely insights, facilitate decision-making, and maintain strong governance practices at the corporate level.
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare presentations & executive-level materials on behalf of the Leadership Team;
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of governance forums, reviews, and leadership meetings;
- Coordinate meeting agendas, action items, follow-ups, and governance deliverables to ensure effective decision-making and accountability;
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support regular reviews with the Leadership Team;
- Manage and maintain key governance databases, performance tracking tools, and reporting repositories;
- Improve and/or automate governance processes, reporting tools, and team workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity;
- Provide analysis and insights to support executive discussions and governance reviews;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, including Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Customer Services, and other corporate functions, to ensure alignment and timely execution of governance requirements;
- Support key company functions and executive leadership through ad hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in governance, project management, business operations, corporate planning, finance, or related discipline;
- You have experience in Bombardier or in the aerospace industry (considered an asset);
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- You have strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills;
- You drive for results and have excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level materials;
- You have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- You have strong analytical skills and experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting;
- You are proficient in Power BI for the development and analysis of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) (considered an asset);
- You have experience managing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a large organization (Legal, HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, etc.);
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership in your day-to-day;
- You have experience with process improvement, reporting automation, and governance frameworks (considered an asset);
- You use effectively the MS Office suite.
