Senior Analyst - Java Developer

R1101We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer with strong Java 18+ and Spring Boot experience to join the Technology team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-quality systems that support business-critical platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Position: Senior Analyst - Java Developer

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Shift Time: IST 2PM/3PM - IST 11 PM/12 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Java 18+, Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services aligned with domain-driven design (DDD) and clean architecture principles.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as:
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Microsoft SQL
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build, test, and release workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java 18+, Spring Boot, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services or similar
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar for version control, pipelines, and deployments.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming.
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker containers, and modern deployment strategies.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and API authentication (OAuth2 / OpenID Connect).
