•Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of transformation initiatives, which involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights for transformation design and execution.
•Support OpEx, PMO, reporting, data preparation, documentation, and project coordination across programs
•Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive Power BI solutions and reporting tools
•PowerApps/Workflow Development: Design, develop and implement applications and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
•Work with the multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing growth and streamlining processes. Support with implementing changes and organize meetings to discuss execution strategies.
•Contribute to change management activities in, including gathering feedback, monitoring process and KPI performance, creating and delivering training materials, and developing and executing communication plans.
•Aid in managing issues through root cause analysis and process evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery across centers.
•Assist in, ensuring effective distribution and gathering of feedback from stakeholders, along with analyzing the survey outcomes and subsequent actions.
•Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in transformation and change management.
•Support the creation of project documents, reports, and presentations
Required:
•Graduate / Engineering background from reputed institutions
•MBA from top tier colleges
•Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
Desirable:
•PMP certified
•Other qualifications relating to data analytics / Intelligent automation
Work experience
•5 to 7 years of overall experience in successfully executing complex projects end-to-end, pertaining to Project Management, Data Analytics & Visualization, Cost Optimization, and Process re-engineering.
•Knowledge and experience of supporting global process transformation projects using lean/ six sigma tools and techniques.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skilled in the use of data analysis tools and able to extract insights from complex data.
•Experience in driving independent six sigma projects and lean transformation projects
•Must have done Quality / Operational Excellence roles in large capacity
•Should have excellent knowledge and experience of running Lean projects
•Experience of building value stream maps and ability to use Lean tools / methodology
•Project Management skills including ability to manage multiple workstreams/projects at the same time.
•Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and capabilities with working knowledge of integrating PowerApps with other Microsoft products
•Proven track record of enhancing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI & Excel.
•Experience working in a remote environment with various DCs as well as manage stakeholders in the US.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
