Senior Analyst

Support Leave of Absence (LOA) administration for US teams: process disability/leave requests, update HR systems, audit deliverables, and ensure SLAs are met.

The person in this role will be responsible for supporting and executing processes related to the Leave of Absence (LOA) program, including Disability, KPMG leave benefits, and related activities. This resource will support LOA administration by sending communications, making updates to employee information in HR systems, and assisting with quality audits for team deliverables.

Detailed roles & responsibilities include:

·Effectively manage and execute daily LOA actions for team and 3rd party vendor, updating HR systems, monitor LOA mailbox, sending communications, while ensuring processes are well documented and deadlines and service level agreements are met.
·Provide accurate and timely reporting for all team processes, systems, and stakeholder requests, reviewing the deliverables of team members for quality.
·Initiate, develop, implement, and/or assist with process improvements, quality audits, and data integrity processes
·Actively participate in the process of creating, updating, training, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) within the various departments.
·Assess, identify and develop process improvements within the department.
·Assist with third party vendor processes.

Experience working in an HR shared services or Customer Services

Have proven experience in building Senior Stakeholder relationships and communicating with people at all levels with a focus on customer experience and a quality outcome

A minimum three years HR experience or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of HR, Leave of Absence or Operations programs and how they interact with internal systems.

Solid verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgement skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.

Ability to work independently and work well within a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adhere to deadlines.

Detail-oriented and thorough, with effective time management skills.

High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly pressurised client centric environment;

Excellent communicator – written and verbal with the ability to write and respond in a professional, customer focused manner

Good proficiency with IT Office, including: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. as well as ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, or equivalent HR system

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration from an accredited college/university, or any other related field.
