Summary
Senior legal role drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and agreements for India's National Skill Development Corporation. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents. The role involves providing legal support on contractual and business matters, identifying and mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies, and supporting stakeholders in contract-related decision-making.
The candidate will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract preparation, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination, while maintaining an organized contract repository and monitoring contractual obligations. The role also includes advising internal teams on contract interpretation, supporting dispute resolution related to contractual matters, and ensuring that organizational interests are adequately protected in all contractual arrangements.
Requirements
Required Qualification
- LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in contract management, commercial agreements, and legal advisory.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial, procurement, service, and business contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling contract lifecycle management and contract risk assessment.
