Job Overview:
The Cash Management Operations - Sr. Analyst leads strategic initiatives focused on modernizing Cash Management Operations through process improvement, technology enablement, and scalable operational solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Product, Compliance, Technology, and external vendors to define business requirements, implement innovative solutions, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiency. The position provides thought leadership on transformation efforts, manages risks and regulatory considerations, resolves complex production issues, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative change leader with strong business analysis, process design, and stakeholder management experience within wealth management or financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise for Cash Management Operations and assessing areas of improvement for the transformation of current operations functions
- Thought leadership on the selection and implementation of Cash Management solutions for the firm to support institutions at scale
- Management of and negotiation with vendors on solutions and requirements in development of industry leading/competitive offerings
- Assess Risks and understanding of significant control needs within the CMO function and solutions that seek to reduce manual efforts on the team to ensure compliance.
- Manage business needs and requirements as the CMO representative.
- Communicate all information to leadership according to agile framework.
- Communicate with critical business partners as needed for requirements and transparency of transformation efforts – particularly with LPL Product, Compliance and Technology teams
- Drive troubleshooting and resolve escalated production issues

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, business systems analysis, process design, or operational transformation.
Core Competencies:
- Experience leading technology, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to assess operational risks, improve controls, and drive scalable solutions in a regulated environment.
Preferences:
- DIS operations experience with broker/dealer.
- Experience with the Move Money platform and other LPL systems.
- SQL, Tableau, and advanced excel experience.
- Preferred experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or Design Thinking methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- FINRA Series SIE, 99 or 7 licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days (preferred).
Pay Range:
