The organisation plays a key role in driving long-term economic growth and value creation through disciplined investment and active portfolio management. Description The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting portfolio management activities, including: * Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct macroeconomic and sector research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Portfolio Company Analysis: Assess business models, strategy, competitive positioning, and KPI performance; prepare regular performance updates * Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation and returns analysis, and support strategic decision-making * Asset Management: Monitor portfolio performance, support operational initiatives, and contribute to value creation strategies * Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of acquisitions, divestments, and capital structure initiatives, including financial analysis and documentation * Reporting: Prepare internal reports, asset reviews, and investment committee materials Job Offer * Develop expertise in valuation, financial modelling, and transaction execution * Join a high-performance, collaborative environment with strong career progression opportunities

* UAE National * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred) * 1-3 years of relevant experience within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or consulting * Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with solid understanding of financial statements * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA (preferred) * Exposure to Big 4 or leading financial institutions is advantageous
