Senior Analyst - Product and Technology Operations

Job Description

At Rocket India, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling Product and Technology teams through operational excellence, data-driven insights, reporting, governance, and stakeholder collaboration. You will serve as a key partner across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Quality, Program Management, and Operations teams to maintain dashboards, analyze performance metrics, produce executive-ready artifacts, and drive operational transparency. About the Role

• Maintain and enhance operational dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into Product and Technology performance.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Program Managers, and Business stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze operational, delivery, quality, reliability, and business metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, visualizations, and leadership artifacts that communicate progress against organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, repositories, and reporting tools that support planning, governance, and decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
• Generate recurring operational reviews, monthly business reviews, portfolio health reports, and performance summaries.
• Create and maintain enablement content, process documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and communication assets for Product and Technology teams.
• Support organizational initiatives through data gathering, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking.
• Manage reporting calendars, operational cadences, governance meetings, and action-item follow-ups.
• Leverage business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, improve data quality, and streamline operational processes.
• Track key performance indicators and operational objectives aligned to Product, Platform, Process, and People goals.
• Support leadership teams with ad hoc analyses, presentations, business cases, and special projects.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication across functions.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technology Operations, Business Operations, PMO, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related operational role.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, scorecards, and executive presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for leadership and operational audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
• Experience creating process documentation, training materials, communication artifacts, or enablement content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Platform, Program Management, or Technology organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, portfolio reporting, product development lifecycle, and technology delivery processes.
• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Exposure to KPI frameworks, operational metrics, portfolio governance, executive scorecards, and business reviews.
• Experience creating visual storytelling presentations for leadership audiences.
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting automation, workflow management, or operational excellence practices.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar work management tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology modernization, or large-scale operational programs.
• Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources and communicate it in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
