Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Product Integration

Overview

What we’re hiring for

We are hiring a Senior Analyst to support customers across Europe as part of our Ethoca EMEA Product Integration team. This role is critical to how our customers experience Mastercard and Ethoca.

You will work directly with customers integrating our solutions, many of whom are technically sophisticated, highly demanding, and expect strong guidance throughout the process. You will also partner closely with our Sales teams to support pre‑sales technical discussions and solution design. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that requires technical fluency, structured execution, and the ability to drive clarity across complex stakeholder environments.

About the role

The role has two core responsibilities:

- Customer integration & delivery

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and post‑go‑live.
• Lead customers through end‑to‑end integrations, from kick‑off through configuration, testing, and launch.
• Support customers that require close engagement, frequent follow‑ups, and clear technical guidance.
• Review customer requirements and existing processes and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain integration plans, track risks and mitigations, and provide clear status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Own progress and outcomes — identifying issues early and driving resolution.

- Pre‑sales technical support

• Partner with Sales during pre‑sales engagements, acting as the technical expert in customer discussions.
• Support solution design, feasibility assessments, and technical Q&A during the sales cycle.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements for internal teams.

Across both areas, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to get answers, unblock issues, manage expectations, and keep work moving.

Who the ideal candidate is

The ideal candidate is pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable owning complex integrations:

• Have experience implementing or supporting API‑ or SFTP‑based integrations, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Are comfortable working directly and proactively with customers on technical topics and managing demanding stakeholders.
• Can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Have strong execution discipline — you build plans, track risks, manage dependencies, and follow through.
• Proactively engage internal teams to get answers and move work forward.
• Are solution‑minded and focused on outcomes, not theory.
• Can navigate a professional, matrix-driven culture that values personal relationships, trust, and blends skills with cultural fit.
• Have experience delivering high-touch support, dedicated assistance and complex project management

Required:

• Strong spoken and written English
• Strong spoken and written Italian (preferably native speaker)
• Experience working with APIs
• Customer‑facing technical experience
• Ability to manage multiple integration efforts in parallel
Nice to have
• Payments or financial services experience
• Experience with SQL or similar technical tools
• Project management experience

Corporate Security Responsibility

  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
