Senior Analyst Programmer / Analyst Programmer

Role & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the enhancement, and support of Microsoft Navision ERP to effectively meet the business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance C/AL program, including reports, forms & schedule

• Integrate third-party systems with ERP using API and other relevant technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting

• Participate in ERP system configuration, deployment, and ongoing support

• Participate in SAP HANA system configuration, deployment, and ongoing support

• Timely support and answer users queries, and escalate to superior whenever needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst Programmer or Analyst Programmer in Microsoft Navision ERP environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills with hands-on mindset

• Hands-on experience with MSSQL and MySQL for data querying and analysis

• Experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET is preferred

• Knowledge of system integration methodologies including RESTful, SOAP, middleware and ETL processes is preferred

• Experience in BI and reporting tools such as Qlikview, SSRS or other data visualization platforms is preferred

• Exposure to POS systems and retail industry solutions is an advantage

• Candidates with exposure to AI, RAG or automation tools is an advantage

• Willing to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing system needs

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua (spoken and written)

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
