(Senior) Analyst Programmer (Property Technology & Digital Solutions)

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, maintain and support business applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Perform requirements analysis, system design, testing, deployment and technical documentation.

• Support and enhance property management, ERP, CRM and related business systems.

• Develop APIs and system integrations to improve business processes and data sharing.

• Collaborate with business users and vendors to deliver digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and service quality.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot) and automation technologies to improve productivity and solution delivery.

• Participate in smart building, data analytics, workflow automation and other digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer.

• Solid experience in C#, ASP.NET, Java, MS SQL Server and application development.

• Experience in API integration, web application development and system support.

• Experience in Property Management, ERP, CRM or related business systems is an advantage.

• Familiar with AI tools, Power Platform, workflow automation or cloud technologies is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Self-motivated team player with a passion for technology and continuous learning.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
