Senior Analyst Programmer (Ref:IT-ASP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in various stages of system design, development, implementation and enhancement cycles;

• Analyse business processes and translate business requirements into system requirements, functional specifications and solution designs;

• Perform system analysis, process modelling, data modelling and preparation of system documentation;

• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, products and solutions to meet business and operational requirements;

• Coordinate with users, vendors and other stakeholders throughout system implementation and enhancement projects;

• Support users at different levels and troubleshoot complex system and technical issues;

• Assist in system integration, data migration, testing, implementation and post-implementation support.

Our Requirements:

• A recognised degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline;

• Minimum 3 years’ IT working experience in system analysis, application development, solution implementation or related areas;

• Familiar with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system implementation processes;

• Strong business analysis, system analysis and database modelling skills;

• Experience in No-code/Low-code platforms and their application in business process automation and system development;

• Solid experience in Microsoft Power BI, including report development, dashboard design and data visualisation;

• Experience in system integration, Web Services and RESTful APIs would be an advantage;

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in application development technologies such as Microsoft .NET/.NET Core, C#, PHP, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, LINQ, Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL and MySQL would be an advantage, but is not a primary requirement;

• Familiarity with web/application server technologies such as Microsoft IIS and Apache would be an advantage;

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with good project management, documentation and problem-solving capabilities;

• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality;

• Ability to complete detailed tasks with attention to quality, completeness and timeliness;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in vendor coordination and management;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
