Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience

About the role
This is a newly developed role to develop and build dashboards using Power BI, using Excel data spreadsheets and turning them into meaningful insights and actions. The Senior Analyst leads the development of performance reporting to provide a clear, consistent view of organisational delivery performance. The role ensures leaders have access to accurate, timely, and meaningful information on delivery, investment, and outcomes.
Skills and Experience
• A track record of bringing people together and leading others to achieve outcomes.
• A proven ability to use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, to influence and guide organisational and system-level decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong capability in data visualisation tools (e.g, Power BI or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and data quality management
• Ability to interpret and communicate performance information clearly
• Strong technical skills in data handling, modelling, and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
