Role Purpose and Summary
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain, will support strategic initiatives across CVS Health's Supply Chain organization. This role will partner with corporate and field teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive improvements that enhance service, inventory performance, operational efficiency, and business results.
As part of a dynamic and evolving organization, the successful candidate may be aligned to a variety of corporate Supply Chain functions based on business needs and individual strengths. Potential areas of focus could include inventory management, distribution center operations, supply chain analytics, transportation, systems, operational excellence, planning, or other supply chain disciplines.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
Your main responsibilities may include
Analyze supply chain systems processes to identify improvement opportunities to maximize operational performance.
Assists management in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to optimize and streamline supply chain processes.
Administers and configures supply chain systems to align with business requirements, ensuring proper functionality and integration.
Coordinates management-driven supply chain initiatives to ensure smooth execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Conducts regular analysis of the end-to-end supply chain flow, in order to ensure work area procedures and protocols are in close alignment with client-specific logistics requirements and expectations.
Communicates findings and recommendations with management to drive informed decision-making for innovative plans for supply chain process improvements.
Applies in-depth knowledge and expertise to effectively engage with stakeholders, leveraging insights and expertise to foster collaboration and drive alignment towards achieving organizational goals.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient workflows, effective resource allocation, and adherence to established processes and procedures.
Provides informal work direction and guidance to entry-level professionals and support employees, offering coaching and support to help them perform their tasks effectively and grow in their roles.
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of 2026 CVS Health Corporate Internship Program
Meet educational requirements (see education section)
Authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant prior work experience
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Access, SQL, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or academic projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
Prior internship, co-op, or work experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related business/technical field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s program, preferably with a major, minor, or concentration in Supply Chain Management, Transportation / Logistics, Business Operations Management, Business Analytics

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
