Sr Analyst Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist the Sr. Treasury Manager and Treasury Manager(s) with corporate-wide cash management activities, daily funding of the corporation, leasing functions, and capital structure activities. Specific responsibilities include: Providing analytical support for: Cash forecasting processes tools; automation of daily cash management activities; letter of credit portfolio; working capital projections, lease vs. buy analysis, developing strategies for asset financing, and other strategic treasury activities. Daily management of commercial paper portfolio: Working with Treasury Analyst and commercial paper dealers to ensure daily liquidity needs are met. Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting: Working with financial reporting and corporate accounting on monthly and quarterly closing activities. Backing-up Treasury Analyst: Initiate properly-authorized daily wires and ACH transfers; monitor daily bank accounts for suspicious activities; prepare leasing documents for execution; and maintain daily target balances for company’s bank accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors degree; Finance or Accounting preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent with an emphasis on treasury or financial analysis.

Computer Skills: Requires intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Access.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with key management leadership at all levels.

Travel: Minimal travel may be required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A.
